At The Power Center, we believe in the power of Giving (Lk 6:38, Acts20:35).  Our belief is simple to understand and based to two simple principles.  First, it is our Christian duty to feed the hungry, clothe the naked and minister to those who don't yet know Jesus Christ.  Paul told the apostles in Acts: By everything I did, I showed how you should work to help everyone who is weak. Remember that our Lord Jesus said, "More blessings come from giving than from receiving."  Acts 20:35 (Contemporary English Version)

Second, there is a universal principle always at work.  No matter how you phrase it; what goes around, comes around; what you put out comes back to you or simply stated - you reap what you sow.  The Word of God tells us: If you give to others, you will be given a full amount in return. It will be packed down, shaken together, and spilling over into your lap. The way you treat others is the way you will be treated.  Luke 6:38 (Contemporary English Version)
